ClaimLyra (“we”, “us”) provides an app that helps you discover and track publicly available class-action settlements. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

• Email address (optional): If you choose to enter your email to receive reminders or alerts.
• Device user ID: A randomly generated identifier stored on your device and used to associate saved items with your device.
• Saved items / claims: If you tap “Save” on a settlement, we store which settlement you saved.
• Basic app diagnostics (limited): We may see error logs necessary to keep the app working.

How We Use Data

• To provide core functionality (show lists, open claim links, save your items, display “My Claims”).
• To send reminder emails only if you provide an email address.
• To improve reliability and fix bugs.

How We Share Data

We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers to store and process data (for example, database hosting and email delivery). These providers act on our behalf.

Data Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for app functionality and support. You can request deletion at any time (see “Contact” below).

Your Choices

• You can use the app without providing an email address.
• You may request deletion of your email address and saved data by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

ClaimLyra is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
